I believe everyone should have access to professional support for their mental well-being. My sessions are confidential and structured, and they are for individuals who want to reflect on their lives and change something.
I work in a client-centred way: your situation is your own, and the decisions stay with you. We look at your experiences together, find the patterns in them, and work out practical steps towards your goals.
Sessions take place online by secure video call, so you can join from any private place where you feel comfortable.

Practical tools for understanding yourself and changing how you act

I am a counsellor and certified Adler practitioner based in Geneva, with an academic background and years of experience working at the intersection of personality, business, power, and personal relationships. With an MSc in Mental Health and Wellbeing from the University of Wolverhampton, I have spent over 10 years studying psychology as both a scientific discipline and a practical tool for deep, lasting change. I work with individuals who value confidentiality, intellectual depth, and personal responsibility. My clients include entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and people navigating complex life decisions where both outcomes and inner balance are at stake.
In my work, I pay particular attention to how personality manifests in relationships - with partners, loved ones, and oneself. Often, external difficulties in relationships reflect internal conflicts: unconscious patterns, fear of intimacy or loss, the struggle between control and vulnerability. I help clients see these processes clearly and find solutions not from the outside, but within themselves, where real change is possible.

My work is not about quick advice or universal formulas. It is a precise, careful, and deep process aimed at expanding awareness, inner freedom, and the capacity to choose - in life, work, and relationships. Privacy, safety, and trust are fundamental to me. I create a space where you can be honest - without needing to meet expectations, prove yourself, or defend yourself. A space where clarity, resilience, and the ability to truly rely on yourself can emerge. Those who come to me are ready to move beyond familiar patterns - and to live, love, and make decisions at their own level.
My background combines university education with practitioner training in the Adlerian approach.
